Cancellation Policy
Once a reservation has been made, should you need to cancel at short notice, in addition to the non-refundable deposit, we regret that it is necessary for us to charge a cancellation fee. These will be payable as follows:
- Cancellation made over 14 days prior to reservation- Non-refundable deposit only.
- Cancellation made less than 14 days prior to reservation – Deposit plus 50% of total boarding fee.
- Cancellation made less than 7 days prior to reservation – Deposit plus 100% of total boarding fee.
